I found it handy (lol), so I figured that I could share some hardships that I’ve run into while setting it up on ArchLinux.

Tonight, I’ve configured and set up a bridge linking my Matrix account to my Signal account. The bridge is an instance of Mautrix-Signal, running on my collective server. As such, it’s configured to work only with users of this server.
What does it mean? From now on, every message, reaction, media etc. sent to my Signal account will be forwarded to a mirrored Matrix room, where the Signal user has a Matrix “puppeted” equivalent user.

cargo-machete is a new Cargo tool that detects unused dependencies in Rust
projects, in a fast (yet imprecise) way. As of today you can install it with
cargo install cargo-machete and then run it with cargo machete from any
folder that contains a workspace or crate, to find if you have potentially

It matters a lot to acknowledge your own accomplishments, without being overly proud about them, just to realize you’re not an impostor, and that you bring value to your company and deserve your current position (yes, there probably will be more about the so-called impostor syndrome on this blog).
